2020 has really been tough on all of us especially the martial arts community. The children’s classes went remote and have started back with a combination of in dojo and remote classes. The adult classes have resumed training again under safety guidelines as well with social distancing, masks, and cleaning touched surfaces. We have also are using some creative techniques like remaining in place, long range partner drills, kata, and Bo kata.
